Small Beginnings

In 1956 Uy Mo Kan and Uy Lim Bee opened a small mami house at Carjaval Street in Binondo. At that time, all they had were a capital of only 600 pesos and stocks that their fellow vendors lent them. They came up with the name “Sincerity Cafe and Restaurant” because their family is serving every customer with a sincere heart.

Over the years, the family business was passed on to the children’s business and it continued to evolve.

Due to their passion to serve authentic Chinese food at an affordable price, Sincerity grew bigger and more popular. The restaurant has been visited by prominent personalities and featured in different newspapers, magazines, as well as TV shows.

What Dishes to Try

Regular and new customers can’t get enough of Sincerity’s fried chicken.

You must also try their fried oyster cake, and duck misua with Chinese Herbs Soup.
