Rolls is owned by two people who love to bake and wanted to start their own business. They both had to go through the struggles of being student-entrepreneurs. However, they kept going because of their dedication and passion for baking.

"Since we were just in high school, we had to balance academics with our business. That really helped shape what we and our business are today," Raffy, one of the owners said. She also mentioned that their struggles helped bring out the best versions of themselves at such a young age.

The owners, Francine and Raffy, make sure that their dough has the right amount of sweetness and buttery taste. When you taste their cinnamon rolls, you’ll notice that the filling has a lingering taste of butter, brown sugar, and of course, cinnamon.
