Knack for Baking

In early 2019, Mona Lyza Roldan had the urge to learn how to bake. As she was studying how to make different treats, her interest in baking grew. She also realized she wanted others to taste her homemade cookies. 

Eventually, Mona’s cookies became well-known in the school she goes to, De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde. She then decided to put up an online shop named, MONCH MONCH. The name of the business was derived from the owners’ names, Mona and her boyfriend Chot. 

The couple is planning to open their cafe in the future. Because of this, they have been working on adding more baked products such as brownies and different kinds of bread to their menu. 

Skimping Isn’t In Their Vocabulary

Mona and Chot believe that investing in high-quality ingredients will result in great cookies. MONCH MONCH only uses top-notch ingredients that stand up to their price. With every bite of their freshly-baked cookies, you’ll notice that they didn’t skimp on the products they used.

Two of the shop’s bestsellers are the S’mores and Oh Gooey Monchkies. S’mores cookies have just the right amount of sweetness and are hard to get enough of. On the other hand, Oh Gooey Monchkies have the chewy texture and chocolatey taste that many cookie lovers look for.
