Starting up the restaurant was a big move for the owner since he had just quit his job at the time. However, by applying the principles he learned from his previous job, his new business flourished.

“KKFC opened in February 2018. This was a bold move for me since I just resigned from my human resource position in a BPO company. I think what makes KKFC special is the brand itself is humanized. It takes a lot of effort to stay as human as possible when communicating with the team, customers, and clients,” the owner said.

He also shared how meticulous they are when it comes to their products. "When it comes to food, I think the reason our food is surviving today is that we make our own sauces. Yes, we don't buy ready-made sauce, but instead, we create everything from scratch"
