The owner of Chep’s Kitchen, April, is from a family of kusineros and kusineras (cooks). It was no surprise that she studied Culinary Arts in college. Their family is always in charge of food for fiestas (feasts) and different occasions.  

April’s big break happened in 2014, during a mutual friend’s wedding in Tagaytay. After the event, she got more catering offers.

Chep's Kitchen offers classics but with a twist and personal touch. They also treat their customers like their own family, so they make every dish extra special.

You have a wide range of options with Chep’s Kitchen but their most loved dish is the Baked Sisig Roll. Like the trending sushi bake, you can wrap the Baked Sisig Roll in nori. But you can also pair it with sesame leaves or lettuce. This dish was April's original idea, which now many people love. It's loaded with meat and has the right amount of spice. Moreover, this innovation has received a lot of good reviews from customers and celebrities.

Two more must-try food items from Chep’s Kitchen are their version of the Filipino-famous Kare Kare and Baked Salmon Kani. They also offer different kinds of pasta and pica-pica as well as various beef, chicken, pork, seafood, and vegetable dishes.
