How It All Began

Brown’s Gourmet opened its doors in 2015 at Greenfield District and after a year, opened a branch in Katipunan. Its name came from the color brown itself, which is also the reason its interiors are dominated by this hue.

In 2017, the restaurant nearly closed but thanks to two of its regulars, it was able to keep on serving hungry tummies. The new owners have been running the place since 2018. Because the owners used to be regulars, they can help you choose or recommend which dishes to try. Also, they go above and beyond in making sure everyone has a great dining experience.

Comfort Food With a Gourmet Twist

You can try different takes of your favorite comfort food at Brown’s Gourmet. Their best sellers include baked spaghetti, crispy adobo flakes pasta, brown's quarter, and perfect plate, which includes a quarter chicken, choice of pasta, and salad. For groups, they also offer a meal set, including a whole chicken, four rice bowls, and four sides.

For refreshments, they serve various fruit shakes and iced tea. If you’re craving sweets, you’ll love their fried cookie dough.
