As her business grew bigger, Mich thought of adding a new addition to the menu—cinnamon rolls—but she and her team came up with a better idea.

Inspired by Mich’s mother who is the true “master” in baking and cooking among them, their entire family of bakers launched Ging’s Gourmet. However, before the business even started, their family has already catered to a lot of corporate events, which eventually helped them expand the business.

Aside from their amazing culinary skills, Mich and her family embody a positive business mindset. She shared how much they value their customers’ feedback to further improve the quality of their products.
