These trying times, another challenge some of us have to face is studying. As it’s not yet safe to go outside, starting online classes is a suggested way for education to continue while implementing the community quarantine. However, studying at home can be quite difficult and draining.
Here are seven food items that aid better concentration, great for those who are studying.
Nuts

Nuts don’t only promote good heart health but also improve cognition. Studies show that women who regularly ate nuts for several years had better memory compared to those who didn’t eat nuts.
Coffee

When consumed in moderation, coffee comes with a lot of benefits. This includes better alertness, improved mood, and increased concentration. Long-term consumption of coffee is also linked to lower the likelihood of neurological diseases, which is mostly due to its high levels of antioxidants.
Green Tea

Like coffee, green tea also helps with your cognitive function. It’s been proven to boost alertness, memory, focus, and performance. Another study discovered that L-theanine in green tea can help you feel more relaxed by curbing caffeine’s stimulating effects.
