Hopia is a popular Filipino snack that is similar to China’s mooncake. It is a pastry with a flakey crust and sweet filling. The most popular flavors of hopia include munggo or mung bean, ube, and baboy (combination of pork fat, winter melon, and green onions.

Polland Hopia, located in Binondo, is one of the most popular stores for authentic and traditional Chinese treats. The shop sells a wide range of flavors such as mongo, hopia baboy, hopia pinya, hopia ube, and more! Other delish items you can get from Polland Hopia include machang, asado rolls, Chinese lumpia, and kuchai-ah.

Eng Bee Tin is a Pinoy go-to place for hopia and other sweet delights. They have several branches around the country, but you can find their most famous shop in Chinatown, Binondo. Besides the classic mongo and ube variation, they also have custard, kundol, and even brownie hopia!
